I want to know the best way to keep the skin soft and young and away from wrinkles?

i am 28 years old and im fair enough my skin is oily but in winter it is dry and strechy due to which i get certain burning sensation like dryness can anyone suggest me some home remedy or any cream to keep my skin soft and young and away from wrinkles due to dryness i sometimes see wrinkles on my face and near my eyesI want to know the best way to keep the skin soft and young and away from wrinkles?
Mary Kay has a really good line of lotions and such that really helps the aging process %26amp; makes skin baby soft! I would try that! :o)I want to know the best way to keep the skin soft and young and away from wrinkles?
the best way is exercise you wont get any wrinkles even at 60!
quiet easy..just clean, tone n wear a cream....n give 10 min of massage everyday. my sis has been doing this for about 3 yrs now. she is in her 30s n yet her face is wrinkle n dark circle free.
Drink water to stay hydrated.

Exfoliate with a scrub to remove dead skin cells.

Moisturize with a great facial lotion.

Wear sunscreen to prevent sun damage.
try vitamin e or collagen cream. stretchyness isn't necessary bad, but remember to moisturize.
Hi!

You should look into the line of Oil of Olay products. They have new ones out just for wrinkle prevention and overall skin care. they even have special eye cream you ask about.

try it, hope they help.
don't age
Oil of Olay works a treat, so i've been told. x
drink water and stay out of the sun
This question gets asked a lot. Here are the most important elements of keeping young skin:

1. Don't smoke. I am a doctor, and I can recognize smokers above the age of 30 by the lines on their face. The association of smoking and wrinkles is just as well proven as the association between smoking and cancer, a point that the American Lung Association would do well to remember if they consider the age and mindset of new smokers.

2. Eat a balanced diet. You don't need supplements unless there is some deficiency in your diet. The GNC's of the world thrive off the idea that more is always better, i.e that consuming 10 times the recommended daily allowance of an essential mineral is better than consuming exactly the recommended daily allowance. It's not. Use supplements only if there is some portion of a well-balanced diet that you cannot tolerate (example: food allergies or if you simply can't stand to eat a particular food--common for those who did not grow up eating fish regularly!).

3. Drink plenty of water. Not Diet Coke. Water. Fruit juices are an acceptable substitution, but the calories add up.

4. No tanning. Not less tanning. Not careful tanning. None. Your fair skin is easily damaged by the sun. SPF 30 and up if you want to stay soft and young. You can probably get by with SPF15 in the winter.

5. Get plenty of sleep. One size doesn't fit all, but 7-9 hours per night will cover 99% of the population. Do you think you are one of those lucky folks who does well on 5-6 hours per night? You're not.

6. Get 20 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3-4 times per week. This is essential for maintaining good circulation. When circulation is compromised, which do you think the body prioritizes--the pancreas or the skin?

7. Finally, develop a skin care routine. This is important, but unfortunately most people start here. Everything else listed above is just as important or more important. Many product lines will have systems of cleansers, toners and moisturizers. Adding an eye cream probably isn't a bad idea since that's where your wrinkles will start, but at 28, you probably can wait a few years on that.

That's it! The great part is that following this routine will improve your overall health and wellness, not merely that of your skin.

Take care!
if it is dry in winter ten just apply oil paresute
Make a mixture of equal parts of lime juice, rosewater and glycerine. This is non-sticky and therefore can be used in place of cream and can be used on enntire body. You can store for 2 weeks or so and therefore accordingly prepare quantity. Once in two days apply coconut oil/almond oil and keep for at least half an hour.Do not forget to thank me after the results appear.
Well.......ther is one thing People does'nt either aware of or does'nt really care for...In winter our skin goes dry and for that we recommend to use Humidifier at your Home.

Cuz dehumidification cause sore throat,Tight,Dry skin...Humidifier add the humidity in your room or home to give a body softness

Other thing ...Go for Natural Therapy cream...that workd best on your skin without any side effects

Take care

Apply the juice of tomatoes on your face daily.Eat a lot of carrots ,radish, dry fruits and tomatoes.Feel the difference in a week!!Also apply a mixture of lemon and honey on your face every evening and wash after ten mnutes.Apply the pulp of papaya or apple every morning.Your skin will be soft and you will feel refreshed.Avoid chemicals on your face as they usually add to wrinkles.
drink about 8-10 glasses of water and have atleast 2 glasses of nariyal pani everyday.exercise and use a good night cream before going to sleep.and u can apply any good facepack once a week
higher nature do a moisturizer for the skin and crystals that you drink called msm.

you have got a skin same as main. OK now i have some home made things you can apply on your face i hope you will see the result soon. First change your face wash bez some times people get dry skin bez of face washes.

1. Just a bit of baby oil or almond oil put on your face and do a really light massag for 2 r 3 mins and then go to sleep. Try first night if its OK then apply evey night on you face OK If you wash your face in a morning after washing your face dry immediately. Dont try different creams on you face and dont use any aniwrinkles cream @ this age try herbal facial it will help as well

good luck and take care of your skin
It's very simple. To avoid wrinkles, stay out of the sun and don't smoke!! No cream can correct damage to your skin from these for long. And always wear sunscreen even in the shade.

That said, taking herbal supplements such as burdock, wild oregano and other skin and blood purifiers can help a lot. I get mine from Health Center for Better Living. They have creams too, that I haven't tried.

Best of luck!
Invest in a good moisturiser.

Oil of Olay is good...and a must for the winter!
Lemon juice will shrink the wrinkles, then apply KY jelly to smooth.....in 2 or 3 days you will see great improvement !!
Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water. Will you still love her when she gets grey hair, face wrinkles, blue veins on her legs, dry skin...?

Will you still love me?Will you still love her when she gets grey hair, face wrinkles, blue veins on her legs, dry skin...?
I'm a girl, but I will still love my man when he gets grey hair, face wrinkles, blue veins show up on his leg, has dry skin, gets fat, butt sags, skin loses elasticity, and thinks hang down to the floor and never stand at attention again.

Love has nothing to do with any of this, but enjoy your youth.
well she will probably love you when you go bald, get a gut, your azz sags, hair grows wildly from your nostrils and ears, and down your back, your nuts shrivel along with your man-wand, and you can no longer get it up without medication.
Change her for him (I'm female)

Yes, since I will always be 18 years younger than him, I'll still love him no matter what happens to him, and he'll be too old to see what's happening to me when it happens :) so I think I'll get away with going wrinkly and baggy just fine.
I already do, and she is a great person in spite of it all. Love conquers all.
No, but I'll still love him when his ';wee man'; can barely raise it's eye from the floor. (That's what the little blue pill and my secrets box is for ;¬))))) )
when all that happens to her, it would happen to me, (except for the breasts hanging down, lol). so yeah.
Totes...of totality !
LOL. That is one advantage of small boobs. No way they can hang down to my knees.
don't forget getting Alzheimer's and not remembering who you are anymore.
:))
I still love your mama boy, and don't ever forget it!!!
As long as she still does a good job cutting my hair...
I'm gonna look the same way except for the male version so yeah.
Oh boy, can you make it sound any worse?
Who? Your mum?

Good answers about wrinkles so far; you might also call the cruise line to ask if they provide irons to travelers.

Also - very important - if you have not gotten travel insurance, do so now. It is not too late. Go to http://www.wavehelp.com/trip-cancellatio… and click on through to the info you need. You can buy on-line and the insurance will be in force right away.

    Best wishes.

    Try Walmart.com
Don't worry about it too much. Everyone has a few wrinkles on a cruise. If you don't find one, hang the clothes you plan to wear in the bathroom when you take a shower and the steam will help get the wrinkles out. Most of the cruise ships also have dryers. Just tumble your clothes a bit to get the wrinkles out.

Sorry -- no creams can get rid of wrinkles.

But what your grandmother can do is use an AHA exfoliant. It will make her wrinkles feel and look smoother, especially if uses a good moisturizer afterwards.

    When do people get wrinkles?

Im 23 and have some lines by my eyes. Is this normal? People say I look young and I get ID everywhere but I realized I dont look 18 anymore. So depressing...When do people get wrinkles?
Fine lines are definitely caused by having a lot of sun exposure and by making recent visits to the tanning salon. I should know! I'm only 27 and people think I look 40. It's depressing but it's my fault. I've been a sun fanatic since the age of 6. I also used to visit the tanning salon a lot. So yeah if I would have known then what I know now then I wouldn't be in this situation. Please take care of your skin! When do people get wrinkles?
    Jenna,

Do not despair. Just keep your skin hydrated by drinking min. 3 glasses of water a day, avoid unnecessary sun exposure. I use 2 products and I'm in my early 20's to keep my skin young looking, and to prevent the fine lines from becoming full blown wrinkles.

What wrinkles LOL. The eye area looks young to me like no more than 30 at most, so basically anywhere in the 20's would be my guess. There are no dark circles, bags, wrinkles, puffiness, hollowness, etc, it's just an attractive youthful looking eye area.

Hope this helps.Judging by the wrinkles or just over all look, how old would you say this eye area looks?
I'm 16 and I have that too. So I would guess that that eye is someone's who is young from 15-25 years old. Most people have those creases.

First don't let them get there to begin with by folding them up and drying them right away after washing, instead of letting them sit on the floor, you need to wash them to get the wrinkles out. Hanging them to dry on the line will leave them very stiff with no wrinkles.

But you can also lay them flat to dry, on a table or flat surface.

if this doesn't work buy another pair of jeans.
you can hang them to dry or you can lie them flat on a flat surface to dry, that should be good :)
Hang them up in the bathroom and run a hot shower with the door closed, the steam will loosen them out a little.
i just put them on and rub then down with my hands and then after about 30 mins of wheresing them the wrinkles are gone.
    Hang them to dry

Put them n the dryer and immediately hang them

Once bought never wash/wear them (joke)

I Completly Agree, I Mean So What Its A Wrinkle Whats Gonna Happen? Is The World Gonna Come To The End? No I Don't Think So... The Only Reason They Do This Is Because Wrinkles Are The Thing Woth Growing Older, It Doesn't Make You Younger, Just More Stupid, If Your Worried About A Wrinkle, Make Up Covers It Up

    Hope This Helps
Because wrinkles are normally something that comes with age.
Well you get wrinkles as you get older so people try and avoid that, yeah probably look more plastic for it in the long run but if you're in the lime light all the time and get paid mega bucks for it I'm sure they don't mind!

Is botox the only option for forehead wrinkles?

There are many treatments for wrinkles; microdermabrasion, lasering, creams. The important thing to remember is the results are temporary with all treatments. Whatever treatment you go with you may also want to consider some changes in your daily routine. Wear sunglasses when in sunlight, use a mild sunscreen daily, etc.Is botox the only option for forehead wrinkles?
Not the only solution but a pretty good one for some people. It depends on the wrinkles and on what you want. If you are older than 60, Botox can not be used anymore and you might consider a facelift. If you are much younger you might want to use good moisturizers and wait.Is botox the only option for forehead wrinkles?
no. there are many better choices out there, try going to a skin doctor or the american skin institute about options. there are several good creams, injections, and treatmens avalible that don't risk addiction like botox does.
No, other options are topical creams, laser resurfacing, chemical peels and fillers. HTH : )

Better for wrinkles--VITAMIN E OIL or PURE SHEA BUTTER?

Wrinkles are mainly smile lines and under eye.Better for wrinkles--VITAMIN E OIL or PURE SHEA BUTTER?
10 great tips that will take years off your face.

    1. Apply moisturiser regularly. Dry skin tends to lose elasticity earlier than oily skin, so applying moisturiser helps combat wrinkles, as it keeps the skin supple. It helps to keep in mind that air-conditioners and room heaters tend to dry out the air, and consequently, your skin. Apply a heavier moisturiser if you are going to be sleeping in an air-conditioned room. If possible, place a humidifier in the bedroom.?

    2. Avoid resting your face on your arm. This stretches your skin.?

    3. While removing eye make-up, be very gentle. The eyes are the first areas of the face to develop wrinkles. Under no circumstances should you stretch or pull the delicate under-eye skin.?

    4. The ageing effects of the sun are as severe as time itself. Make sure you stay out of the sun between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., when the sun is at its strongest. If you must step out in the sun, wear a cap or carry an umbrella. Apply sunscreen lotion even if you are indoors, during the day.?

    5. Wear sunglasses if you step out in the sun. Not only do they look great, but they also prevent you from involuntarily crinkling your eyes due to the glare of the sun. This action causes premature wrinkling, and should be avoided.?

    6. Inverted yoga postures like Chakrasana, Sirshasana, Sarvangasana, Adhomukha Svanasana, increase circulation to the face. Oxygen is pumped into the face, which helps rejuvenate skin. Inverted poses are of tremendous benefit, and also help delay the onset of grey hair. Your skin will look healthier and firmer.?

    7. Apply nourishing face masks regularly to your skin. You could purchase them, or use ingredients from your kitchen shelf. Egg yolk is extremely beneficial, so if possible, apply it at least once a week. Leave on for ten minutes and wash off. Honey, olive oil, malai (at least a day old), unboiled milk, are all excellent for skin as well. Apply a nourishing mask twice a week. Years down the line, when your contemporaries faces are lined with wrinkles, you will be glad you did.?

    8. Don?t smoke. By smoking, you are increasing the levels of toxins in your body. In addition, the constant puckering of lips around the cigarette, to draw smoke, causes lines around the mouth. Similarly, consume less alcohol. Alcohol, if had in excess, causes puffiness the next morning. This puffiness causes the skin to stretch, and consequently quickens the onset of wrinkles.?

    9. Anti-ageing creams do help, though they are not the miracle workers they claim to be.

    10. Chickpeas (channas) and soya beans have been found to contain ingredients that combat wrinkles.Better for wrinkles--VITAMIN E OIL or PURE SHEA BUTTER?
both and eating slamon... good reference... Dr. Perricone.. Google his name
Vitamin E may be better to be taken orally since it is really effective in revitalizing the skin from within. Try these natural ways to keep wrinkles away:

    http://www.skinsosilky.com/wrinkles/15-r鈥?/a>
I guess shea butter would be better. I use it a lot, but for dry skin. It moisturizes my skin without actually feeling greasy. The best I've found was bought from an african/muslin store on Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn. They carry the stuff in all forms from pure to already made into lotions and creams.

Years ago a doctor told me to use Vitamin E oil (pill form) to help keep my breasts healthy. I have large fibro-cystic ones. I didn't really notice the difference so I stopped after a couple of years.

I'm over 40 and wrinkle free. Some of it is because of genetics and skin color. Some of it is because of drinking lots of water. None of it is because of my ';healthy'; diet. If I were you, I would visit a dermatologist and see what they suggest. However, if you want to go it along look in your yellow pages for an ethnic store that sells authentic african products.
Vit E, shea butter clogs the pores.

  • Does smoking really cause beautiful young women to get wrinkles fast?

http://youtube.com/watch?v=hx_T5QhRQ0MDoes smoking really cause beautiful young women to get wrinkles fast?
';Yes. Smoking can accelerate the normal aging process of your skin, contributing to wrinkles. These skin changes may occur after only 10 years of smoking and are irreversible.

How does smoking lead to wrinkles? Smoking causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin. This impairs blood flow to your skin, depleting it of oxygen and important nutrients, such as vitamin A. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin 鈥?fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. As a result, skin begins to sag and wrinkle prematurely.

Smoking doesn't only cause wrinkles on your face. A 2007 study found that smoking is associated with increased wrinkling and skin damage on other parts of the body, including the inner arms.

    In addition, repeated exposure to the heat from burning cigarettes and the facial expressions you make when smoking 鈥?such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke 鈥?may contribute to wrinkles.';

    after a while of use

    you do obtain wrinkles
The other answerer said it is stupid but wrong. For one look at yourself when you draw on the cigarette. usually that is where you will get. like laugh lines people get wrinkles there.Lack of oxygen is another factor also nicotine, stains walls , your fingers your teeth. Time goes by so fast anyway .Prevent wrinkles anyway possible once they are there they are hard to hide.18 today,50 tomorrow.Take care of your body its the only one you have.
well not that fast that would be stupid!
I WOULD BE THINKING ABOUT HOW MUCH I SMELLED FROM THE SMOKES ALSO! I USED TO SMOKE FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS. TRUST ME, PEOPLE WILL NOTICE YOUR SMELL WAY BEFORE A FEW WRINKLES(JUST QUIT, THERES NO BENEFIT AT ALL.) I KNOW,I WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLORS SO I COULD STINK AND HAVE WRINKLES!!!!!
Smoking does cause premature wrinkling on women faster than men. It is pretty disgusting to see a woman smoking, while it is not pleasant to see a man smoking. It is plain disgusting all together, I believe it looks worse for a woman to smoke though. I am pleased to announce that I am in my 40's and have NEVER smoked! People can't believe that I am that age, they usually guess me at late twenty's early thirties. My husband smokes and has since he was about 15 and all that nastiness is coming out his pores, sometimes I tell him he smells like a dirty ash tray. It is GROSS!!!
Yes.... you get wrinkles from smoking... But I'd think CANCER!!!! would be something more important to worry about.
Yeah, smoking is pretty bad for your skin. Wrinkles are caused because smoking creates a vitamin deficiency. Nicotine closes up bleed vessels and prevents vitamin A from reaching our skin. While the smoke itself breaks down vitamin C on your skin's surface.

It's not an over night change or an instantaneous change, of course, but the change does happen. Usually your skin will just appear a little dull at first before moving on to wrinkles.

I actually just wrote a blog about this if you want to read further.
The excessive puckering over time does tend to cause wrinkles around the mouth. Plus, putting all those toxins into your body can't help your skin.

I have this moisturizer made for ';smoothing wrinkles'; ect but im only 18?

smoothing wrinkles just means moisturizing. As long as you are not covered in zits that moisturizer is fine for you to use. Moist skin gets less wrinkles, and at 18 they start showing up. I'd recommend using it, unless maybe your skin is very oily.I have this moisturizer made for ';smoothing wrinkles'; ect but im only 18?
You can never start too early....don't worry, if anything it'll keep your skin healthy and the spf 15 will help you to not get sun damage.
use it like on you body or go to youtube type it in and see if its any doctors on there and maybe they can give you some advice n tips
well honestly it probably doesn't do anything so it won't make a difference if you wear it or not

What's the name of that skin stuff on that infomercial that actually freezes the wrinkles out of place? ?

    plastic Surgery?

Have you tried this on your eye wrinkles: Tri-Aktiline Instant Deep Wrinkle Filler?

does it work? ThanksHave you tried this on your eye wrinkles: Tri-Aktiline Instant Deep Wrinkle Filler?
If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.

Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.

What causes wrinkles in the area of the sole of the foot?

This is a natural occurrence due to activity (usually if you are bare footed). I recommend a Ped-Egg, which sounds crazy, but it works. It will soften the bottom of the foot gradually. But don't use it too ofter or it might get too sensitive.
