yes it is i learned it the hard way since its the most sensitive area on the face you cant scrub or rub roughly, i started growing out little white dots around my eyes.Is it bad to exfoliate under eye wrinkles?
With a physical exfoliate like a scrub, yes. With something like retinol, no its good.
Oh yes... If you are worried about wrinkles you can use a primer under your make up to fill them in so your make up will lay over it smoothly. But call me crazy.. Vaseline is amazing to prevent wrinkles and it doesn't clog your pores.
