Why do young peole who have wrinkles look younger than people who are like 30 and above?

i think you answered your own question...b/c they are younger.
Because, it's more than just wrinkles that makes someone look older. It's the way a young person has lots of fat in their fafce and no sagging and no uneven discolouration that makes them still look young, even if they have a couple of lines here and there.
