Almost 40 and starting to really notice wrinkles....?

Has anyone found an anti-wrinkle cream that really works?

I started using a moisurizer every day with an SPF of 15, but I swear it just seems like I'm getting more. :(Almost 40 and starting to really notice wrinkles....?
I am no expert, but these are some thoughts.

It really depends on your skin type. What you need is mostly a good moisturizer, and a good SPF whenever you are in the sun. Also, smoking, frowning, stress, and numerous other things cause wrinkles.

Sleep is very important, too. But, heredity plays a huge role. Are your parents smooth skinned?

Mostly, we all age, and wrinkles are part of it. But, the good news is, wrinkles don't hurt!Almost 40 and starting to really notice wrinkles....?

Egg white, pineapple juice, cucumber juice, aloe vera are some home remedies. More cheap and effective home remedies are listed at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/wrinkles.htm鈥?/a>
Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.
