Unless your shirts are 100% cotton, they shouldn't shrink too much. If the washing machine has an extra rinse, set it there on cold water and when the cycle has ended, put them in the dryer.
Or, you could iron them on a warm setting and steam.
Dampen the shirt with a mister bottle with water spray the shirt then iron it.
if you saw the chemecials they put in new shirts you would absolutely wash them
