Being on the computer too long every day is less likely to give you eye wrinkles than driving a car in the sunlight too long every day; reading a book or magazine (especially without glasses if you need them) or watching TV too long every day; laughing or crying to long every day; being in the sunshine without sunblock even as you walk down a sidewalk too long every day; or squinting to see what's going on across the street for too long every day.
Don't worry so much about it. Believe it or not, I used to envy certain people who had particularly obvious ';laugh lines'; at the corners of their eyes and used to squint hard on purpose in an effort to get some.
Not all wrinkles are bad. Some lend beautiful character to a face. It's a shame you're being brainwashed by Hollywood and the fashion industry to the point of worrying if you can get eye wrinkles from being on a computer for too long.
Take care of yourself, but enjoy your life! Can being on your computer too long every day give you eye wrinkles?
Yes, mostly people that have poor eye sight get the wrinkles, but you can get them too. You can also get wrinkles from watching t.v. too long. It is almost like staring at the sun, the more you do it will eventually burn out your eyes. So for some people it might not be giving them wrinkles but it will be ruining there eyes. The wrinkles come from squinting. So yes and no, it depends on who YOU are and what works and doesn't work for you.
