Do face exercises help prevent crows feet, laugh lines and other wrinkles?

The most effective and proven treatment is face massage. Almond and grape seed(suitable for all skin types) and olive and cypress work wonders. Oils are most effective if massaged quite thoroughly into skin - you will see results in a matter of days. They nourish and feed skin many beneficial and health promoting nutrients that ward off skin aging and wrinkling. Quickly gets rid of all blemishes, conditions and tones as well as firming and tightening and making skin smooth. It will give skin a healthy, natural glow.


Massage greatly inhibits face aging and wrinkles. I found a forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers, depending where on face you massage, is best. A circular one will not be as effective.

Oils are perfect, safe, natural moisturizers. Like any moisturizer you do not remove (most oil quickly absorbs into skin). Just remove any excess by splashing face with water and dabbing dry with tissues.


Many face washes are skin drying and harming. My solution was to lightly wash with a pure soap bar with no additives, no coloring, no fragrances. My skin immediately benefited.





To avoid harm from toxic ingredients in sunscreens apply on top of the oil - it prevents contact with skin. Surprisingly it is equally effective. I spend many hours in the sun with just one application of spf 15 and I never burn.
